Provide your meter reading If your water meter is inside your home, our readers can only access it if you are home when they come to take the reading.

In order to avoid a possible accumulation of estimated consumptions on your bills, you can provide us with your meter reading.

ID number of the holder or contract number. You can find it on any of your bills.
Meter number.
Meter reading (five black digits)
Date the reading was taken.
Include an image of the service meter.
