Setting up or modifying bank domiciliation

To set up the bank domiciliation of your bills, you will need the following information:

Contract number of the supply for which you wish to set up the domiciliation. You can find it on any of your bills.
Bank certificate of ownership, which must be signed by the account holder.
ID card (DNI) on both sides.

To complete the process and in accordance with current legislation, we will need you to send us the following document:

SEPA Direct Debit Domiciliation Order from the Service. (We attach the document so you can download it, fill it out, and sign it)

For modifying the bank domiciliation of your bills, you are facing one of the following cases:

I AM THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY AND I WANT TO MODIFY MY BANK ACCOUNT.
I HAVE RENTED A PROPERTY AND I WANT TO DOMICILIATE THE BILLS TO MY BANK ACCOUNT.

I AM THE OWNER

If you are the owner of the supply and wish to modify the bank domiciliation of your bills, you can do so directly from here without needing to go to one of our offices.

Required documentation to be sent to us:

Contract number of the supply for which you wish to make the modification. You can find it on any of your bills.
Bank certificate of ownership, which must be signed by the account holder.
ID card (DNI) on both sides.
SEPA Direct Debit Domiciliation Order from the Service. (We attach the document so you can download it, fill it out, and sign it)

Once we receive the documentation, we will proceed to make the modification of the bank domiciliation of your bills.

I AM A TENANT

If you are a tenant and wish to domiciliate the bills to your bank account and modify the existing one, you will need to send us the following documentation:

Contract number of the supply for which you wish to make the modification. You can find it on any of your bills.
ID card (DNI) on both sides.
Bank certificate of ownership, which must be signed by the account holder.
SEPA Direct Debit Domiciliation Order from the Service. (Download template)
Rental contract.
Document signed by the property owner authorizing you to domiciliate your bills. (Download template)
ID card (DNI) on both sides of the property owner.

Once we receive the documentation, we will proceed to make the modification of the bank domiciliation of your bills.

You can also, in both cases, send us this documentation by email or deliver it to our Customer Service offices.
